This privacy policy applies to the Soham City: Open World Action app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Devendra Khairnar / Soham Infotech (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This includes:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• The operating system and hardware model (e.g., POCO phone specs)
• In-game activity (missions completed, currency earned via the Economy System)
• Approximate location data (processed by third-party ad providers)

The Service Provider uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. For the Application, this includes:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob

The Application may use approximate location data provided by your device to facilitate relevant advertisement delivery through AdMob. This data is not stored by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact devendrak88@gmail.com.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. This Application is rated for users aged 13 and up.
